best trip ever!
perfect breakfast friendly staff central location
the breakfast each morning was totally perfect. staff are friendly and rooms feel clean plus comfortable. the central location made getting around easy. the host caroline. anything i needed, she was on hand to advise immediately!
The bar downstairs remained unmanned. I wanted a drink but had to go elsewhere.

my double room was spacious and clean, i find it quite satisfactory. amenities included a fridge and hairdryer, which i found super useful. tea and coffee facilities were available too, that's awesome.

The hotel is located near winter gardens. I found this convenient. the cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. it felt consistently well-kept and fresh i did love it.

Breakfast offered plenty of options and the food tasted fresh. i experienced a rich selection. Plenty was available. the dining area felt nice and neat to dine in too, that's something i consider important.

The location was convenient, close to main attractions.
I found the lack of staff availability disappointing. The bar downstairs was never manned, I had to leave the premises to get a drink.

The host offered a lovely breakfast and plenty of options were available. the location was very convenient for walking to the beach. It was a short distance. the room included tea and coffee making facilities.
I noticed the bar downstairs was not staffed. i had to leave the premises to get a drink. This was inconvenient. the host did not show me to my room.

adequate stay with some service issues
unstaffed bar lacking room tour
the room was clean and adequately maintained .
the bar downstairs was not staffed at any point. this forced me to seek drinks elsewhere. i was also not informed breakfast was not included in my room rate (a detail i found rather important). the host handed me the keys with no tour of the premises, which i found lacking.
